Tiến Quân ca is the national anthem of Vietnam. This version was recorded by (likely to be) the French Far East Expeditionary Corps (Corps Expéditionnaire Français en Extrême-Orient, CEFEO). Van Cao was the author of the anthem. Please note that, Tiến Quân ca was donated to the people of Vietnam, and to the Government of Vietnam at the National Assembly of Vietnam on 15 July 2016 by the family of the author, in which the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism became the management board of the anthem. Therefore, the anthem is now a public domain work and no personnel or organisations have the right to own the anthem, which means that the anthem does not require licenses to distribute on any platform, including Wikipedia. Any act of removing the anthem, banning the anthem from public distribution, or claiming the copyrights/licenses of the anthem is illegal, according to the Law of Vietnam and the Constitution of Vietnam.
